The role demands deep expertise in cement manufacturing, strong adherence to SOPs, and a track record of reducing downtime while maintaining quality. On-site operation in an industrial setting with multiple process units is essential.

Qualifications

• B.E./B. Tech, Diploma in Chemical, or Production Engineering / Cement Technology
• 10 -15 years in cement plant / production operations

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control plant operations (raw mill, kiln, cement mill, and auxiliaries) to achieve targeted production levels.
• Maintain optimal process parameters to ensure equipment reliability and product quality.
• Coordinate with shift operators and maintenance teams for smooth operations and minimal downtime.
• Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
