Job summary

FORVIA HELLA in Pune, Hinjewadi, Maharashtra recruits for a testing and hardware/software equipment role. The position focuses on steering, coordination and execution of planning, development and implementation of test equipment and related software, with monitoring and continuous improvement.

You will supervise test system development, create and update documentation, and collaborate with regional teams to deploy improvements, guide employees and ensure task fulfillment within the structure.

Responsibilities

• Ownership of test concepts (models, set-ups, simulations, test circuits) for components, sub-assemblies, devices and systems; involvement in/supporting the creation of requirement specifications and test specifications
• Supervising test system development with standard components
• Arrangement for creation and updating all relevant documentation
• Work on implementation of improvement / cost reduction action (continuous improvement)
• Collaboration with counterparts from different regions about the activities
• Deploy and Develop employees corresponding to their qualifications within the relevant structure Instructing and supporting employees in a target-oriented and motivating manner to fulfill the tasks
• Guiding, instructing and supporting employees in function-related tasks

Job Objective
