Job summary

FORVIA HELLA is seeking a technically skilled professional in Gurugram to support assembly stations and related hardware/software systems. The role focuses on debugging, setup, and ongoing maintenance to improve system reliability and performance.

The candidate will work closely with engineers and IT staff, prepare maintenance plans, and ensure safety and operational standards are met in a fast-paced automotive environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electronics or related field.
• Good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Good Hands-On Experience at Assembly Station.
• Debugging of EOL and Assembly Station.
• Debugging of Flashing Station.
• Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems.
• Work technically to reduce MTTR and increase MTBF of Assembly Station.
• Prepare Predictive and Preventive Plan of Assembly Station.
• Provide technical support to staff and clients, resolving issues related to systems, networks, and devices.
• Maintain documentation of technical procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
• Monitor system performance and report potential issues.
• Support the implementation of new technologies and upgrades.
• Collaborate with engineers and IT staff on technical issues.
• Manage inventory of technical equipment and supplies.
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
