Job summary

NIIT Limited, a global skills and talent development leader in Mumbai, seeks a Delivery Head to oversee end-to-end design, development and delivery of enterprise learning solutions. You will translate business requirements into impactful interventions, manage cross-functional teams, and drive client satisfaction and growth.

Responsibilities include leading delivery managers, defining scope and plans, monitoring progress, mentoring teams, and driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, management, engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience in project management and delivery, with a minimum of 10 years of experience.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with a track record of successfully managing teams and projects.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities; ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to complete monthly delivery activities.
• Work with leadership to define and execute roadmap for NIIT learning products.
• Lead new product ideation, design, development and launch.
• Build market understanding of demand areas, trends and competition.
• Collaborate with industry advisors to bridge the talent gap.
• Quantify business impact of product options and develop a product roadmap.
• Collaborate with Tech, Product and Academic teams to ensure world-class learning products.

Job Purpose

The Solutions Head will be responsible for leading the end-to-end design, development, and delivery of learning solutions for enterprise clients. The role requires a strategic leader who can translate business requirements into impactful learning interventions, oversee program execution, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure successful delivery outcomes.

The incumbent will work closely with clients, business leaders, learning consultants, content teams, trainers, and delivery teams to drive learning effectiveness, client satisfaction, and business growth.
