Job summary

The Kongovi Pvt. Ltd. head of Robotic Paint Shop will oversee automated liquid painting, powder coating, and surface treatment operations for high-volume automotive components. You will be responsible for production targets, maintain Tier-1/OEM quality standards, and maximizing OEE.

Hands-on with ABB, Fanuc, or Yaskawa robotics software and controller interfaces is required, along with process knowledge in PT-ED and plastic painting or sheet metal coating lines.

Qualifications

• Hands-on background with ABB, Fanuc or Yaskawa robotic software and controller interfaces.
• Process knowledge including PT-ED, plastic painting (ABS/PP) or sheet metal powder coating.
