• Review store-wise sales, margins and stock every week and act on gaps quickly.
• Roll out SOPs, visual merchandising guidelines and customer service standards.
• Control inventory, cut shrinkage and keep replenishment in step with demand.
• Coach store managers, run reviews and plan staffing and succession.
• Support feasibility checks, fit-outs and launches of new stores with the franchise owner.
