ElectricPe, Gurgaon-based, is seeking a Head of Operations and Supply Chain to lead plant operations, manufacturing and end-to-end supply chain management. You will own material planning, procurement, production, inventory, dispatch and logistics to ensure on-time delivery at controlled cost.

Requires 5-20 years of hands-on leadership in manufacturing or assembly operations with strong supplier negotiation, cost control and cross-functional coordination capabilities.

About ElectricPe

ElectricPe sells licence-free electric scooters through company-owned (COCO) and franchise (FOFO) outlets. With its own manufacturing plant, ElectricPe connects procurement, assembly and distribution to its retail network.

The role

Lead plant operations, manufacturing and supply chain management end to end. Own material planning, procurement, production and assembly, inventory, dispatch and logistics so products reach outlets on time and at a controlled cost.

What you will do

• Plan procurement of materials and components against demand and production schedules. Evaluate suppliers, negotiate terms and develop alternate sources.
• Manage production planning, assembly schedules and plant execution. Address bottlenecks, maintain quality checks and reduce rework and waste.
• Control raw materials, components and finished-goods inventory. Align replenishment with COCO and FOFO outlet needs.
• Compare freight quotes and manage trucking and logistics partners on cost, capacity and delivery reliability. Track dispatches and deliveries.
• Monitor procurement, inventory, assembly and freight costs, supplier performance, production output and on-time dispatch.
• Lead procurement, assembly and logistics teams and coordinate with sales and distribution on demand and delivery commitments.

What we are looking for

Relevant backgrounds include Head of Operations, Plant Head, Supply Chain Head, Head of Manufacturing or GM Operations with ownership of both plant execution and supply chain.
