• Experience in handling teams and production management.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall production of Gurgaon Plants.
• Build CAPEX budget and ensure proper spending.
• Coordinate with Head of Operations for production communication.
• Implement EHS protocols including water and waste management.
• Centralize inventory control and create indigenous suppliers.
• Launch training programs for production functions.
• Conduct R&D for new designs and materials.
