Job summary

Hala Mobility is looking for a Head - Supply Chain to lead end-to-end SCM, including strategic sourcing, procurement, planning, inventory, warehousing, and logistics, with governance across the organization.

You will build scalable systems, drive supplier strategy, improve working capital and ensure availability of vehicles, parts and chargers across multiple cities. A leadership role to scale the SCM organization.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement and Logistics.
• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree / PGDM in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Engineering, Commerce, or related discipline; relevant certifications are an added advantage.
• Strong multi-location SCM leadership experience.
• EV / Automotive / Mobility / Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong expertise in strategic sourcing and inventory planning.
• Proven experience building SCM processes and governance.
• Strong commercial, analytical and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end SCM strategy aligned with growth plans.

• Ensure uninterrupted availability of vehicles, spare parts, chargers and infrastructure.
• Establish demand planning, replenishment and safety-stock policies.

• Build visibility of quantity, location, vehicle, technician, vendor and value.
• Drive SCM automation, dashboards, SOPs and governance.
• Partner with Fleet, Finance, Engineering, Operations and Business.
• Build, mentor and scale the SCM organization.

Role Overview

The Head – Supply Chain will lead Hala Mobility's end-to-end supply chain covering strategic sourcing, procurement, planning, inventory, warehousing, logistics, supplier performance, cost optimization and governance.
