• Proven track record in cross-border contract negotiations, M&A, and regulatory compliance (SEBI, Companies Act, RBI).

Responsibilities

• Oversee board meetings, statutory filings with RoC/MCA/SEBI, and maintain corporate governance standards.
• Lead end-to-end drafting, negotiation, and vetting of complex international IT outsourcing contracts and SLAs.
• Manage public and private M&A, joint ventures, and cross-border transactions.
• Advise on government policies and local laws in the US, UK, Austria, UAE, and Maldives.
• Provide professional legal advice on employment issues, litigation management, and intellectual property/patents.
