Job summary

You will drive strategic HR partnering, workforce planning, org design, and capability building while ensuring alignment with global people strategy and local compliance.

Qualifications

• 15-20 years of progressive HR experience in senior HRBP / Head HR roles.
• Full-time MBA from a Tier 1 institute.
• Experience in complex, global organizations (asset-heavy / regulated industries preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws with global HR exposure.
• Proven experience in scaling HR frameworks and functions.
• Commercially astute, data-driven, and hands-on leader.
