This includes executing the organizational design; restructuring; workforce capacity and succession planning; leadership effectiveness and coaching; culture transformation and change management; employee experience and retention strategy
  • Mentor and inspire a high-performing HRBP team that supports India’s 2,000+ employee base.

  • Influence decisions with data, insights, and strong business and SaaS-domain acumen.
  • Build trusted relationships across all levels and maintain a high-integrity employee experience.
  • Global COE Partnership & Governance
  • Ensure coordination and communication across the regional and global COE programs—Total Rewards, L&D, Talent Acquisition, Talent Mgmt, HR Operations, and D&I—in India.
  • Ensure cohesive delivery of enterprise initiatives that strengthen organizational capability.
  • Maintain strong governance, policy alignment, and risk mitigation consistent with regional and global standards.
Education / Qualifications

  • Master's degree (MBA/PGDM) in Human Resources from a premier institution.
  • Proven success in transformational change projects in a leading practice SaaS Software company
  • Proven success operating in matrixed, high-growth global environments, ideally in SaaS or enterprise technology, demonstrating ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders across different geographies and cultures.
  • Expertise in org design, change management, workforce strategy, and leadership development.
  • Demonstrated ability to deploy global HR programs at scale.
  • Strong business acumen, analytical capability, and experience influencing senior leaders.
  • Track record of shaping people strategy tied to business performance.
  • Deep expertise in Indian Labor Laws, statutory compliance, and best people practices
  • Drive Employee engagement initiatives to improve the overall engagement and enable of people in the organization.
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, providing guidance on disciplinary actions, grievance resolution, and internal investigations, always ensuring a fair and consistent approach compliant with Indian law
  • Shape, champion, and protect the desired organizational culture within the organization, driving employee engagement initiatives and Diversity, Equity, Inclusion programs.
  • Bridge the gap between global standards and local requirements, offering feedback and best practices from the India setup to influence the design of global HR policies.
Competencies

  • Leading from the front with fairness, approachability, and trust
  • Systems thinking & structured problem solving
  • Coaching & capability building for HRBPs
  • Cross-COE orchestration
  • Talent and workforce strategy depth
  • High integrity, sound judgment, and relationship-building strength
