Job summary

Lifetime Health Care Plus is seeking a leader to own both staff training and patient experience for our operations. You will design a structured Training Centre covering clinical and soft skills for nurses, physiotherapists, and caregivers, and build onboarding journeys with simulation-based learning.

You will map patient journeys, define service standards, track satisfaction (NPS/CSAT), and turn feedback into targeted training.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years in clinical training, L&D, or patient experience in healthcare or home-healthcare.
• Experience designing and scaling training programs for a field-based staff.
• Proven ownership of patient/customer experience metrics (NPS/CSAT).
• Strong facilitation, communication, and empathy skills.
