Qualifications

• 18-25+ years of progressive engineering leadership experience.
• Proven success leading large engineering organizations and enterprise delivery portfolios.
• Deep expertise in Software Architecture, Cloud Technologies, DevOps, Engineering Governance, Digital Transformation, AI/ML, and Intelligent Engineering.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to engage CEOs, CTOs, and senior business stakeholders.
• A visionary leader passionate about engineering excellence, innovation, and building high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the company's engineering strategy in partnership with the CEO.
• Drive enterprise-wide AI transformation across Engineering, QA, DevOps, and Delivery teams.
• Establish engineering governance, architecture standards, platform modernization, and technical excellence across multiple client engagements.
• Champion AI-assisted software development, intelligent automation, AI-driven testing, code quality, security, reliability, and engineering productivity.
• Build, mentor, and inspire world-class engineering leaders while fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
• Partner with CTOs, senior engineering leaders, and enterprise clients to deliver scalable, secure, and future-ready technology solutions.
