Job summary

Shuru is seeking a Head of Engineering to steer the jewellery retail client's technology landscape, including ERP, POS, RFID inventory, data/BI, and cybersecurity. You will own architecture, delivery, and platform reliability across web and mobile platforms.

You will build and lead engineering teams, manage vendors, and drive strategic build-versus-buy decisions to transform retail tech across stores and digital channels. Onsite in Indore or Mumbai.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of technology experience, including 4+ years in an engineering leadership role.
• Experience in retail, jewellery, luxury, or inventory-intensive businesses.
• Strong exposure to ERP, POS, RFID, data/BI, digital commerce, and cybersecurity.
• Experience managing teams, vendors, enterprise systems, and large-scale integrations.
