Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the strategic vision for the AI Capability Centre, aligning with Infotel India's business goals
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of AI researchers, data scientists, and engineers to deliver high‑impact AI solutions
• Oversee the design, development, and deployment of AI models and platforms, ensuring scalability, reliability, and ethical considerations
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to identify AI opportunities and drive adoption across business units
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, data privacy regulations, and ethical AI practices
• Manage the Centre's budget, resource allocation, and project prioritisation to maximise value delivery
• Represent Infotel India in industry forums, conferences, and collaborations to maintain cutting‑edge knowledge and visibility
• Champion continuous learning and professional development within the AI Capability Centre

Requirements

• Extensive experience (15+ years) in artificial intelligence, machine learning, or related fields, including leadership roles
• Proven track record of managing and scaling high‑performing AI teams and centres of excellence
• Strong expertise in AI technologies, frameworks, and ethical AI practices
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans that drive business transformation
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skillsAdvanced degree (Master's or PhD) in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related discipline
