Job summary

eClerx is seeking an AI Delivery Lead/Director to drive end-to-end enterprise AI programs in Mumbai/Pune. The role requires deep tech-functional expertise across GenAI, LLMs, RAG, and AI governance, with proven leadership of large delivery teams and enterprise stakeholders.

The candidate will lead architecture discussions, solutioning, and governance across AI initiatives, MLOps readiness, and client engagements, shaping AI roadmaps with CXOs.

Qualifications

• 15 years of experience in Technology Delivery, Data & Analytics, or Digital Transformation.
• 6 years leading enterprise AI/ML or GenAI delivery programs.
• Strong expertise in Generative AI, Agentic AI, LLMs, RAG, Prompt Engineering, AI Agents, and AI Solutioning.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise AI, ML, GenAI, and Agentic AI programs from design to production.
• Mentor cross-functional teams including AI Engineers, Data Scientists, ML Engineers, Solution Architects, and Delivery Managers.
• Drive AI solutioning, architecture discussions, estimation, and delivery governance for enterprise clients.
• Establish best practices for AI delivery, MLOps/LLMOps, model lifecycle management, monitoring, and governance.
• Partner with CXOs to define AI roadmaps, manage delivery risks, and ensure business outcomes.

Job Description AI Delivery Lead / AI Delivery Director

Location: Mumbai / Pune

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced AI Delivery Lead to drive end-to-end delivery of enterprise-scale AI, Machine Learning (ML), Generative AI (GenAI), and Agentic AI programs. This leadership role requires a strong techno-functional professional with proven experience in leading large delivery teams, managing enterprise stakeholders, solutioning, and delivering AI-driven business transformation initiatives.

The ideal candidate should possess deep expertise in LLMs, GenAI, Agentic AI, RAG architectures, AI solutioning, and enterprise AI delivery, along with excellent leadership and client management skills.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise AI, ML, GenAI, and Agentic AI programs from solution design to production deployment. Manage and mentor cross-functional teams comprising AI Engineers, Data Scientists, ML Engineers, Solution Architects, and Delivery Managers. Drive AI solutioning, architecture discussions, estimation, and delivery governance for enterprise clients. Build scalable AI solutions leveraging LLMs, RAG, Prompt Engineering, Fine-Tuning, AI Agents, and Agentic AI frameworks. Establish best practices for AI delivery, MLOps/LLMOps, model lifecycle management, monitoring, and governance. Partner with business stakeholders and CXOs to define AI roadmaps, manage delivery risks, and ensure successful business outcomes. Drive innovation, capability development, pre-sales support, and continuous improvement across the AI practice.

Required Skills & Qualifications

15 years of experience in Technology Delivery, Data & Analytics, or Digital Transformation. 6 years leading enterprise AI/ML or GenAI delivery programs. Strong expertise in Generative AI, Agentic AI, LLMs, RAG, Prompt Engineering, AI Agents, and AI Solutioning. Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP. Strong knowledge of MLOps/LLMOps, AI governance, and enterprise AI deployment. Proven experience managing large delivery teams, enterprise stakeholders, budgets, and global client engagements. Excellent communication, consulting, stakeholder management, and leadership skills. Experience working in Agile delivery environments.

Preferred Skills

Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Vector Databases, and AI orchestration frameworks. Exposure to Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, Databricks, or similar AI platforms. AI/Cloud certifications and PMP/SAFe certifications are preferred.
