Job summary

Infosys Consulting in India is seeking a seasoned consulting leader to head the IC AIX AI Labs practice. You will interact with CXOs, articulate AI value, and drive large AI and analytics engagements.

You will lead sales proposals, bids, and client pitches while mentoring a large global team and shaping AI strategy and transformation programs.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of business consulting experience with AI, analytics and data technologies.
• Experience in managing high-impact consulting engagements and transformation programs.
• Experience leading a large-scale global AI or analytics team.
• Experience identifying opportunities and leading RFPs.
• Excellent communication skills with senior clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the IC AI Labs practice in India and interact with CXOs to articulate value of AI offerings.
• Lead sales proposals, RFIs, client pitches, and present Infosys propositions.
• Manage a large consulting team and day-to-day account management for key clients.
• Drive AI transformation deals and bids and recruit and develop the practice.
• Collaborate with internal practices to identify business use cases and deliver impact.

What will you do?

At Infosys Consulting, you will:

• Lead the IC AIX AI Labs practice in India
• Interact withCxOsatclientorganizations to articulate the value of AI approaches, different serviceofferingsand implementation approach
• Sell engagements to leverage GenAI, Agentic AI, AI/ML, deep learning,
• reinforcement learning
• Collaborate with internal practices across sectors toidentifybusiness use cases
• and develop solutions in driving impact through data science, machinelearningand artificial Intelligence
• Lead sales proposals, Request for Proposal responses, and client pitches
• Formulate and present Infosys propositions and service offerings
• Provide leadership for the key account(s) by providing day-to-day account
• management for consulting activities and developing and building relationships at
• senior levels in the client organizations as well as CXOs.
• Manage a team of 100+ consultants along with monitoring, and overseeing
• financial activities and performance
• Take accountability formeeting sold and delivered consulting revenue targets
• Provide direction and mentor consultants in engagement teams across the
• account as well as wider practice
• Run large process and AI transformation deals and bids
