Job summary

Kshema General Insurance Limited is seeking a seasoned General Manager – L&D to lead learning, development and talent strategies across locations. You will shape learning processes, succession planning and induction programs while aligning with business growth.

You will manage learning initiatives for multiple offices, drive training plans, measure outcomes, and partner with functional leaders to enhance capabilities across the organization. A minimum of 10–12 years in L&D is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 to 12 years of exposure in the L&D domain.
• Experience with large-scale, multi-location offices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee learning domain tasks including learning processes, plans and LMS execution.
• Plan, execute and improve learning plans with functional managers.
• Develop, execute and measure learning outcomes year over year.
• Drive talent development and succession planning activities.
• Coordinate induction tasks and mandatory training across locations.

Job Description

The General Manager – L&D is a direct companyappointment employmentwith significant importance for overall Kshemagroup L&D activities. The General Manager – L&D is accountable formanaging L&D tasks of all locations and facilities including talentlearning, talent development, talent succession processes, andinfrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Learningdomain tasks which include accountability of the learning process, trainingplans, learning management system, and successful execution of all learningactivities.


• Plan,execute, and improve all learning plans by closely working with all functionalmanagers.


• Develop,execute, and measure learning outcomes and enhance the learning domain year onyear.


• Proactivelywork on learning needs based on business growth, and expansion plans to supportfunctional needs.


• Developmentdomain tasks include accountability of talent development process, successionplanning process, and successful execution of all talent developmentactivities.


• Plan,execute, and improve all talent development plans by closely working with allfunctional managers.


• Measuretalent development outcomes and enhance the development domain year on year.


• Proactivelywork on talent development needs based on business growth, and expansion plansto support functional needs.


• Executeinduction tasks, learning management systems, soft skills training, andmandatory training successfully.
