Crescendo Global Leadership Hiring India is recruiting for Head IT Operations Infrastructure to lead Corporate IT Services in a large financial services group. The role requires steering strategy, architecture, and governance across India, with focus on Chennai and Navi Mumbai locations.

Ideal candidates bring 15–20 years of IT leadership in financial services, GCC exposure, and strong expertise in infrastructure, cyber security, IT governance, and digital transformation.

Qualifications

• 15–20 years IT leadership experience, preferably within financial services/banking.
• GCC environment exposure, Corporate IT and Service Delivery structures.
• Strong expertise across IT infrastructure, production operations, information security, and cybersecurity.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the multi-year Corporate IT strategy and digital transformation roadmap, aligned with global technology objectives.
• Own IT infrastructure, hybrid cloud, networks, data centers, production operations, ITSM, SLA governance, and DR/BCP.
• Lead information security and cybersecurity initiatives including IAM/PAM, threat monitoring, incident response, and vulnerability management.
• Drive IT governance, risk management, compliance, policies, controls, and regulatory requirements as the 1st Line owner.
• Oversee enterprise applications, system integrations, technology vendors, and service providers.
• Partner with senior leadership and global IT teams to ensure alignment with technology, security, governance, and business objectives.

Hiring an experienced Head of IT – Corporate IT Services to lead Corporate IT strategy, infrastructure, cybersecurity, IT governance, and digital transformation within a large financial services environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Define and execute the multi-year Corporate IT strategy and digital transformation roadmap, aligned with global technology objectives.
2. Own IT infrastructure, hybrid cloud, networks, data centers, production operations, ITSM, SLA governance, and DR/BCP.

Requirements:

3. Strong expertise across IT infrastructure, production operations, information security, and cybersecurity.
4. Mandatory experience designing GCC IT architecture with appropriate Corporate IT and Service Delivery information boundaries.
5. Strong experience in IT strategy, digital transformation, regulatory examinations, governance, and risk management.
6. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related technical field; Master's/MBA preferred.
