Job summary

Shavish Group in Pune, India seeks a senior IT leader to drive SAP S/4HANA transformation, stabilize legacy systems, strengthen cybersecurity, modernize IT infrastructure, and guide digital transformation across manufacturing, supply chain, and finance.

You will own governance, risk and compliance programs, manage vendors, partner with business leaders, and build a high-performing team to sustain innovation and service excellence.

Qualifications

• MCA/BE/BTech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics or equivalent.
• SAP, CISSP, CISM, CISA, ISO27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor, PMP, or cloud certifications would be advantageous.
• 12-15 years of progressive IT leadership experience, with at least 5 years heading enterprise IT functions.
• Proven experience leading SAPS/4HANA implementation or migration programmes.
• Strong exposure to manufacturing organizations (engineering, industrial products, process manufacturing, or automotive components).
• Demonstrated expertise in cybersecurity, IT governance, ERP, infrastructure management, and digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end SAPS/4HANA implementation programme, including planning, governance, stakeholder management, system integration, testing, data migration, and post-go-live stabilization.
• Ensure stable operations of legacy systems during the SAP transition with a structured migration roadmap.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy and drive ISO27001 compliance.
• Modernize IT infrastructure and cloud environments to ensure high availability and scalability.
• Identify opportunities for automation and digitalization across manufacturing, supply chain, and finance.
• Establish IT governance, risk, and compliance frameworks and drive vendor management.
• Integrate shop-floor systems with ERP and support Industry 4.0 initiatives.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and ensure optimized technology investments.
• Partner with business leaders to translate technology requirements into value-driving solutions.
• Build and mentor a high-performing IT team and foster an innovative service culture.
