Job summary

Bodhi Hr Solutions in Mumbai seeks a senior HR leader to helm end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment & selection, organization structure, induction and orientation, salary and benefits administration, and performance appraisals.

You will drive training and development, career and succession planning, rewards and recognition, and ensure statutory compliance while partnering with business leaders. Pharma industry experience is preferred.
