The Role

You will work directly with the founders to help build a high-performance and happy organisation, while ensuring strong coordination and execution across teams.

This role combines ownership of the people function with responsibilities in the Founders’ Office.

Core Responsibilities

• Build and lead the people function, with a strong focus on employee engagement, culture, and team alignment
• Establish and manage core HR systems, including performance appraisals, payroll oversight, recruitment coordination, HR policies, and statutory compliance frameworks
• Support the Founders’ Office by driving leadership coordination, execution tracking, and cross-team follow-ups
• Support strategic governance by participating in Founder meetings, preparing leadership review documents, board materials, and investor communication packs that enable informed decision-making
• Lead internal administration and operational systems as the company scales

Experience
