The role focuses on developing a comprehensive sustainability roadmap, leading research and product innovation, and driving climate-smart practices across regional teams.

The candidate will oversee program design, implementation, and monitoring, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver dashboards and reports for leadership review.

Qualifications

• Develop and execute a comprehensive sustainability roadmap aligned with corporate objectives.
• Identify emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in horticulture and sustainable agriculture.
• Lead cross functional sustainability initiatives and provide guidance to regional teams.
• Drive R&D and deployment of innovative horticulture products, tools, and technologies.
• Evaluate market needs and conduct feasibility assessments for product solutions.
• Oversee design, implementation, and monitoring of horticultural programs.
• Ensure adoption of climate-smart practices and resource-efficient methodologies.
• Provide technical guidance and training to internal teams, partners, and stakeholders.
• Facilitate collaboration across departments to align sustainability priorities.
• Represent the organization in external forums, conferences, and knowledge-sharing platforms.
• Track program outcomes and drive continuous improvements while meeting regulatory standards.
• Prepare periodic sustainability reports, dashboards, and leadership presentations.
• Lead and mentor sustainability and horticulture teams to build capability and performance.

Responsibilities:
