Job summary

Star Automobiles is seeking a visionary IT leader to drive the Group's IT and Digital Transformation strategy across locations. You will oversee hardware, software, networks, CCTV, data connectivity and business applications, ensuring secure, reliable infrastructure and robust analytics.

You will guide ERP, DMS, CRM and BI initiatives, lead automation projects and build a high-performing team to enable growth and superior customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 15-20+ years of leadership experience in IT, Digital Transformation or Business Systems.
• Strong experience in ERP, DMS, CRM, HRMS, Business Intelligence and IT Infrastructure.
• Proven experience leading digital transformation, automation and system-integration projects.
• Good understanding of AI, data analytics, cybersecurity and cloud technologies.
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical technology solutions.
• BE/B.Tech (CS/IT), MCA, MBA (IT/Systems) or equivalent qualification.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Group's IT and Digital Transformation strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead and coordinate Group IT teams covering hardware, software, networks, CCTV, data connectivity and business applications.
• Manage and continuously improve OEM DMS, CRM, HRMS, BI and other business systems.
• Ensure reliable, secure and uninterrupted IT infrastructure, cloud systems, servers and data security across locations.
• Develop MIS, dashboards and business analytics for management monitoring.
• Identify opportunities where technology, AI and automation can simplify work, strengthen controls and reduce costs.
• Lead software development, system integration and digital initiatives supporting business growth and customer experience.
• Establish robust processes to prevent data and intellectual-property theft and minimize system downtime.
• Build and lead a high-performing IT team and ensure digital assets remain secure, updated and available.
