Job description

Position Overview

This role involves facilitating in‑bound and out‑bound student exchanges, overseeing cultural exchange initiatives, and liaising with Indo‑International Education Centers. The ideal candidate shall have a strong background in international education, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for fostering cross‑cultural experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Student Mobility Programs: Manage in‑bound and out‑bound student mobility intakes, including articulation agreements, dual degree programs, and summer exchange initiatives. Collaborate with academic departments to identify and promote opportunities for student exchanges.
  2. Cultural Exchanges: Organise and oversee student cultural exchange programs that promote cross‑cultural understanding and engagement. Facilitate workshops, events, and activities that encourage cultural integration among exchange students.
  3. Liaison with Indo‑International Education Centers: Establish and maintain strong relationships with Indo‑International Education Centers for collaboration on student exchange programmes. Follow up on ongoing partnerships and assess progress towards achieving mobility goals.
  4. Program Development and Implementation: Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance the student mobility experience. Create promotional materials and resources to inform students about available exchange opportunities.
  5. Support and Guidance: Provide support and guidance to students participating in mobility programmes, including pre‑departure briefings and post‑arrival orientation. Assist students with logistical arrangements and address any issues that may arise during their exchange experience.
  6. Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor student mobility statistics and prepare regular reports on programme outcomes and student feedback. Use data to inform continuous improvement of mobility initiatives and enhance student engagement.
Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in Education, International Relations, or a related field (PhD- preferred).
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in student exchange programmes or international education administration.
  • Strong understanding of student mobility trends and best practices in global education.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
