Adani Group is seeking a seasoned finance professional to lead project and site finance activities. You will oversee budgeting, reporting, and financial controls while coordinating with procurement, contracts, and corporate finance teams.

The role demands strong SAP/ERP proficiency and robust stakeholder management skills. Ideal candidates bring 10–12 years in project finance or EPC/infrastructure sectors, with CPA/CMA/MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualifications.

Qualifications

• Qualified finance professional with relevant certifications or degree.
• Experience in project finance, site finance, or EPC projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall finance and accounting activities at project/site level.
• Monitor project budgets, costs, cash flows, and financial performance vs plans.
• Prepare MIS reports, monthly closing, and financial analysis.
• Track expenditures and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Coordinate with project teams, procurement, contracts, and corporate finance.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, audit and company policies.
• Manage vendor payments, invoicing, advances, and reconciliations.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Monitor fixed assets, inventory, and working capital at site.
• Coordinate audits and closure of audit observations.
• Drive financial controls, governance, and risk management processes.

• Monitor project budgets, costs, cash flows, and financial performance against approved plans.
• Ensure timely preparation of MIS reports, monthly closing, and financial analysis.
• Track project expenditures and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Coordinate with project teams, procurement, contracts, and corporate finance functions.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, audit, and company financial policies.
• Manage vendor payments, invoice processing, advances, and reconciliations.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Monitor fixed assets, inventory, and working capital at the site.
• Facilitate internal and external audits and ensure closure of audit observations.
• Drive financial controls, governance, and risk management processes.

Qualifications

• CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) / M.Com.
• 10–12 years of experience in project finance, site finance, manufacturing, EPC, infrastructure, power, oil & gas, or industrial projects.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, cost control, financial reporting, taxation, and compliance.
• Proficiency in SAP/ERP systems and MS Excel.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
