Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop growth strategies via new client acquisition, cross-selling, and market expansion.
• Own P&L, driving revenue growth and cost optimization.
• Lead end-to-end FM service delivery ensuring SLA and quality compliance.
• Build strong client relationships as a trusted advisor for long-term retention.
• Support BD in client presentations, solution design, and pricing.
• Drive transformation through process improvements and technology.
• Establish governance with reviews, audits, and MIS.
• Ensure compliance with laws, contracts, and policies.
