Job Description

• Define and execute fragrance evaluation and category strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
• Drive innovation pipelines and lead fragrance programs across key categories including Personal Care, Home Care, Fine Fragrance, and Air Care.
• Lead end‑to‑end fragrance evaluation from brief to commercialisation, ensuring strong alignment with market and consumer expectations.
• Translate customer briefs and consumer insights into clear fragrance strategies and creative direction, partnering closely with perfumers.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with marketing, R&D, regulatory, quality, and manufacturing teams to ensure seamless development and compliance.
