Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a Senior fragrance innovation leader to drive evaluation and development from brief to launch. You will lead cross-functional teams across R&D, Marketing and Production to translate insights into winning fragrance strategies.

The role requires extensive experience in fragrance evaluation and development, with strong analytical and leadership skills to guide innovative programs across multiple categories.

Qualifications

• 12-18 yrs in Fragrance Evaluation, Development, Insights, or related roles.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute fragrance evaluation and category strategies aligned with business goals.
• Lead fragrance development and evaluation from brief to commercial launch.
• Drive innovation programs across Personal Care, Home Care, Fine Fragrance, Traditional and Air Care categories.
• Translate consumer, customer, and market insights into winning fragrance strategies.
• Partner with perfumers to create fragrances that meet consumer, technical, and cost requirements.
• Identify emerging consumer, market, and olfactive trends to shape future product offerings.
• Lead customer presentations, fragrance workshops, and innovation sessions to support business growth.
• Collaborate with R&D, Marketing, Regulatory, Quality, Manufacturing, and Commercial teams to ensure successful commercialization.
• Design and interpret consumer testing, sensory evaluation, and fragrance research programs.
