Job summary

Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. seeks a senior Lead Electrical Systems professional to drive the design and integration of vehicle electrical and electronic systems across multiple platforms.

You will own the development of electrical architecture, wiring harnesses, ECUs, BCM, ADAS, infotainment, instrument clusters, and connectivity solutions. Responsibilities

• Drive design and integration of vehicle electrical and electronic systems across LCV, ICV, MCV, HCV and Bus platforms.
• Own development of electrical architecture, wiring harnesses, ECUs, BCM, ADAS, infotainment, instrument cluster, and connectivity solutions.
• Ensure compliance with functional safety, cybersecurity, regulatory, and homologation requirements.
• Lead system validation, prototype support, issue resolution, value engineering, and cost optimization initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and technology partners to deliver robust E&E solutions.
