Marutee in Bengaluru seeks a Senior Engineer to lead wiring harness and DC-DC development for next-generation EV programs. You will design harness topology, define power distribution, and coordinate with suppliers to deliver prototypes and documentation.

The role requires 4–6 years of relevant experience, a BE/B.Tech in Electrical or EEE, and hands-on work with HV/LV systems, DC-DC converters, and CAN/ECU integration across vehicle platforms.

Responsibilities

• Support development of vehicle electrical wiring harness including HV and LV power distribution systems and DC DC.
• Define harness topology, manufacturing process, fuse and relay configuration, power distribution requirements.
• Prepare electrical system SOR, schematics, and design documentation.
• Develop vehicle wiring harness design including routing, connector selection, and protection strategy.
• Coordinate with suppliers for harness drawings, schematics, and prototype builds.
• Ensure proper integration of battery pack, motor controller, charger, DC-DC converter, cluster, and vehicle ECUs.
• Support selection, integration, and validation of DC-DC converters for EV applications.
• Ensure reliable HV to LV power conversion for vehicle electrical systems.
• Support vehicle-level electrical system validation and troubleshooting.
• Analyses test data and provide root cause analysis for electrical failures.
