The Head of Digital should have great knowledge of all search disciplines, as well as shown expertise in managing and leading teams across several disciplines. This individual should have a strong network and be well‑known in the search sector. The ideal candidate would have excellent communication and presentation skills. The ideal candidate will grasp current and future digital trends and be hands‑on with strategy and techniques. The ideal candidate will be customer‑centric and able to work on both a strategic and tactical level. The location of this point is Bangalore, India.

Responsibilities

• Leadership: The Head of Digital will be overseeing all the departments' delivery, and strategic vision operation execution.
• Lead teams to accomplish Company Level OKRs.
• Omnichannel Strategies Deployment – Customer Journey Mapping, Gap Analysis, Need Identification and Strategies and Solution.
• Training, Coaching and Mentoring various teams.
• RFP Support.
• Quality, NPS standards by all COE team members.
• Building a High-Performance culture including capacity and staffing model, use of the platform to deliver/scale SEO and Paid Services.
