Job summary

Elevate Consulting is seeking a Credit Head to lead the credit underwriting function for our lending business, overseeing secured and unsecured lending, and managing high-ticket portfolios within a FinTech, NBFC or BFSI environment. The role requires 14–15 years of experience in Credit Underwriting/Risk and a proven ability to lead a team of 6–10 credit professionals.

Qualifications

• 14–15 years of experience in Credit Underwriting/Credit Risk within FinTech, NBFC, BFSI or Banking in secured or unsecured lending.
• Experience in leading a team of 6–10 credit professionals, with a track record of delivering scalable credit decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the credit underwriting function for lending, including secured and unsecured portfolios.
• Oversee high-ticket loan portfolios and risk controls in a FinTech/NBFC/BFSI environment.
• Manage and develop a team of credit professionals (6–10) to ensure timely, quality credit decisions.
