Job summary

The Corporate Institute in Delhi seeks a National Credit Head Digital Lending to lead the credit function for a growing lending business across secured and unsecured products. Qualifications

• 1522+ years of Credit/Risk experience with a Bank, NBFC or Fintech.
• Strong experience across both secured and unsecured lending.
• Deep understanding of digital lending, credit models, scorecards, analytics and automated underwriting.
• Experience managing credit at a national/large portfolio level.
• Strong track record of balancing business growth, approval rates and portfolio quality.

• Monitor portfolio performance through vintage analysis, delinquency trends, roll rates, credit cost and early-warning indicators.
• Partner closely with Business, Product, Analytics, Data Science, Technology and Collections teams.
• Ensure strong credit governance and compliance with applicable RBI guidelines.
