• Experience leading a Contracts/Commercial team and delivering MIS reports.

Role & responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end contract & commercial management for real estate/civil projects.
• Handle tendering, contract drafting, negotiation, work orders and subcontract agreements.
• Manage BOQ, RA Bills, final bills, variations, rate analysis, claims and EOT.
• Review and resolve contractual/commercial issues with contractors and consultants.
• Ensure contract compliance, cost control and risk management.
• Coordinate with Project, QS, Procurement, Finance and Legal teams.
• Manage contractor/subcontractor negotiations and commercial settlements.
• Lead the Contracts/Commercial team and provide MIS reports to management.
