VidUnit Media Pvt. Ltd. in Mumbai is seeking a Head of Content & Studio to lead VidUnit’s YouTube content network, scale formats, and build an in-house studio ecosystem. You will drive the content strategy, grow audiences, and turn YouTube into a major revenue and IP engine for the company.

The ideal candidate has 8–10 years in digital media or YouTube, entrepreneurial instincts, and a track record of leading creative teams to produce scalable, low-cost content formats across multiple genres.

Qualifications

• 8 to 10 years of experience in digital media, YouTube, or content studios.

Responsibilities

• Lead the content vision and creative direction for VidUnit’s YouTube channels.
• Conceptualize and develop YouTube-native formats, shows, and channel ideas.
• Produce and scale low-cost, high-engagement content formats designed for the YouTube ecosystem.
• Develop high-engagement content across Sports, Finance, Health & Fitness, Relationships and Entertainment - digital shows.
• Build and lead VidUnit’s in-house content studio and creative team of writers, producers, editors, and creators.
• Work closely with the brand partnerships team to integrate sponsors into shows and formats.

We collaborate with leading brands and media networks to build high-impact digital content and influencer campaigns. As we expand, VidUnit is launching a YouTube-first digital studio to build and scale original content IP across multiple channels and formats.

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and entrepreneurial leader to build and lead VidUnit’s YouTube content network. This role will focus on launching scalable content formats, building an in-house studio ecosystem, and turning YouTube into a major revenue and IP engine for the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the content vision and creative direction for VidUnit’s YouTube channels
• Conceptualize and develop YouTube-native formats, shows, and channel ideas
• Produce and scale low-cost, high-engagement content formats designed for the YouTube ecosystem
• Develop high-engagement content across Sports, Finance, Health & Fitness, Relationships and Entertainment - digital shows
• Build and lead VidUnit’s in-house content studio and creative young team of writers, producers, editors, and creators
• Work closely with the brand partnerships team to integrate sponsors into shows and formats

Ideal Candidate

• 8 to 10 years of experience in digital media, YouTube, or content studios
• Creator mindset preferred - ideally you have built or actively run your own YouTube or Instagram page
• Strong understanding of YouTube analytics, audience growth, and content formats
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build and lead teams
