Role Description

This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Content Creator - YouTube (Camera Facing Role) at NoBroker.com, located in Bengaluru. The Content Creator will develop and present engaging video content for NoBroker's YouTube channel, conduct thorough research on relevant topics, collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm ideas, and ensure high‑quality production standards.

Please Note: We are strictly looking for content creators who have created YouTube long form videos in the past.

• Create end‑to‑end YouTube videos (briefing → scripting → shooting → publishing) that hit defined KPIs for views, watch time, CTR, and audience retention. Become the face of NoBroker’s YouTube channel.
• Use YouTube Studio and analytics to run experiments, iterate on formats, and implement tactics based on audience retention and traffic sources.
• Coordinate with the creative and brand team to schedule releases.
• 2+ years of creating and publishing consistent YouTube Mid‑form/Long‑form content with demonstrable channel growth or portfolio of high‑performing videos. Agency/Brand background does not matter as long as you have created really good long‑form content in the past.
• On‑camera experience, confident presenter, and familiarity with studio lighting/microphone techniques.
• Strong scriptwriting skills. Scripting is an integral part of all our videos moving forward. If you’re a natural storyteller, this role is perfect for you.
• Practical knowledge of YouTube SEO, analytics (YouTube Studio, retention metrics, CTR) and use of data to iterate content. Being creative is one aspect, using data for direction is another.
• Experience with Shorts/short‑form growth strategies, repurposing long‑form content, and cross‑platform distribution.
