You will supervise cashier teams, coordinate with sales and operations, handle refunds and billing escalations, and ensure audit-ready processes compliant with SOPs.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in retail billing/POS operations.
• Graduate - Bcom preferred.
• Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
