Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management or related discipline; MBA or Lean/Six Sigma qualification is a plus.
• Proven experience leading transformation or cross-functional improvement programmes.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and supply chain; garments/textiles/consumer products experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver measurable improvements in productivity, cost, quality and lead time.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business Management or a related discipline. An MBA or relevant qualification in Lean, Six Sigma or project management would be an advantage.

• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and supply chain processes; experience in garments, textiles or consumer products is preferred.

• Experience implementing digital systems, automation or data-driven decision‑making.
• Strong project management, analytical and commercial judgment.
