Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration/Architecture or related field.
• 12+ years in business development, preferably in architecture, real estate, or construction.
• Proven track record of securing high-value projects.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Well-established network within the AEC industry.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and foster industry partnerships.
• Strategic mindset with understanding of market trends.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and business analytics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to expand our client portfolio in existing and new geographies.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with developers, government bodies, and corporate stakeholders.
• Leverage industry networks for market intelligence on upcoming projects and RFPs.
• Present the firm’s capabilities and business development profile to prospective clients.
• Drive end-to-end business development, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
• Collaborate with other architectural studio heads in closing sales leads.
• Track business development metrics to inform strategic decisions.
• Work with internal teams to align branding, marketing, and design goals.
• Represent the firm at industry events to enhance visibility and recognition.
