Job summary

GET Your Venue Events is seeking a skilled Bakery & Pastry Chef for Ambria Exotica, Dwarka Sector 27, New Delhi. You will lead the creation of breads, cakes, pastries, and custom desserts for weddings and luxury events, ensuring exquisite taste and presentation.

Ideal candidates have a Diploma/Certification in Bakery & Pastry Arts and 1–6 years of experience, with creativity, attention to detail, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Certification in Bakery & Pastry Arts preferred.
• 1-6 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of baking, cake decoration, and confectionery.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan bakery related agendas weekly.
• Prepare breads, cakes, pastries, desserts, cookies, and other baked products.
• Design cakes and desserts for weddings, social events, and corporate functions.
• Develop new recipes while maintaining consistency in taste and quality.
• Maintain food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness as per FSSAI standards.
• Monitor inventory and minimize wastage.
• Operate and maintain bakery equipment.
• Coordinate with kitchen and event teams for timely production.
• Ensure quality control and attractive presentation.
