Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in Real Estate / Construction Architecture.
• B.Arch or M.Arch from a recognized institution.
• Experience leading Architecture & Design teams.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple consultants and manage projects end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Lead Architecture & Design for residential and real estate projects.
• Develop master layouts, site planning, unit planning, and architectural concepts.
• Prepare and review 2D drawings, 3D models, elevations, sections, and working drawings.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Head Architecture with 12+ years of experience in the Real Estate / Construction industry to lead the complete architectural function from concept development to project execution.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in layout planning, architectural design, 2D & 3D drawings, elevations, working drawings, approvals, consultant coordination, and end-to-end architectural project management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the complete Architecture & Design function for residential and real estate projects.
• Develop master layouts, site planning, unit planning, and architectural concepts.
• Prepare and review 2D architectural drawings, 3D models, elevations, sections, and detailed working drawings.
• Ensure design development from concept stage to construction/execution stage.
• Review and approve architectural drawings, design details, specifications, and construction documentation.
• Coordinate with Structural, MEP, Civil, Landscape, Interior and other consultants.
• Manage external architects, consultants, vendors, and design agencies.
• Ensure designs comply with applicable building regulations, development control rules, and approval requirements.
• Coordinate with project teams for design feasibility, constructability, and site execution.
• Identify and resolve design-related issues during project execution.
• Review material selections, finishes, faade concepts, and architectural detailing.
• Ensure projects meet design quality, functionality, aesthetics, timelines, and cost objectives.
• Conduct regular design reviews and provide technical guidance to the Architecture team.
• Manage multiple projects and ensure timely delivery of architectural drawings and documentation.
• Support management in design strategy, project planning, budgeting, and architectural decision-making.
• Lead the team of Architects, Senior Architects, Designers, and other architectural professionals.

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in Real Estate / Residential Architecture.
• Excellent knowledge of Layout Planning & Master Planning.
• Strong command of AutoCAD 2D Drafting.
• Knowledge of 3D Modelling / Visualization and Architectural Rendering.
• Strong expertise in Building Elevation & Faade Design.
• Expertise in Working Drawings and Construction Drawings.
• Knowledge of Building Planning, Regulations & Approval Processes.
• Strong knowledge of architectural detailing and construction methodology.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong leadership, project management, communication, and decision-making skills.

Qualification

B.Arch / M.Arch from a recognized institution.
12+ years of relevant experience in Real Estate / Construction Architecture.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in Residential Real Estate Projects, Villas, Apartments, Layout Development, High-rise / Multi-storey Projects, and Large-scale Developments will be preferred.
