Job summary

Siddhi Group in Thane (Maharashtra) seeks an experienced Architect to lead design and planning for mixed-use and township projects. The candidate will assess site feasibility, ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate with engineers and contractors for on-schedule delivery.

The role requires a B.Arch and extensive experience with real estate developers or architectural consultancies, including residential, commercial, or high-rise developments. On-site work in Thane area is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) mandatory.
• Experience: 35 years with a Real Estate Developer, Builder, or Architectural Consultancy.
• Experience in residential, commercial, high-rise, or township projects.
