Job summary

Mayoor School in Noida is seeking an Admission Counsellor / Head to drive student admissions and maintain the school's brand image. You will manage enquiries, counsel parents on curriculum and fees, and lead campus tours, events, and outreach programs to meet admission targets.

The role requires 5–12 years in admissions or related customer relations, with strong communication and relationship-building skills and proficiency in MS Office and CRM/MIS tools.

Qualifications

• Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
• 5 to 12 years of experience in admissions, counselling, sales, or customer relationship management, preferably in the education sector.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong counselling, negotiation, and relationship management abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/MIS tools.

Responsibilities

• Handle admission enquiries through walk-ins, phone calls, emails, and online platforms.
• Counsel prospective parents regarding the school's curriculum, facilities, fee structure, and admission process.
• Conduct campus tours and coordinate admission-related interactions.
• Plan and execute admission drives, open houses, school events, and outreach programs.
• Build relationships with parents, corporate organizations, preschools, and community partners to generate admissions.
• Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, conversions, and admissions using MIS/CRM.
• Coordinate with academic and administrative teams for entrance assessments, documentation, and onboarding of new students.
• Prepare periodic admission reports and analyze admission trends to improve conversion rates.
• Ensure excellent parent experience throughout the admission lifecycle.
