Qualifications

As an HCM-OIC, VBCS‑Senior Associate, you will specialize in consulting services for Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) applications, analyzing client requirements, implementing software solutions, and providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization. Within our Digital Core Modernisation network, you will help clients optimize their human resources processes and enhance talent management to achieve strategic objectives. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions even when the path forward is not clear.

• Supporting change management efforts to embrace new technologies and methodologies

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 2 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Human Resources Management, Business Administration/Management, Psychology, Organizational Leadership, Management Information Systems
• At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Human Capital Management or related Oracle HCM Cloud applications
• Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle Fusion Human Capital Management
• Utilizing Oracle SQL Developer for complex data analysis
