As an Oracle HCM Technical Associate, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients optimize their operational efficiency through specialized consulting services. You will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will focus on utilizing and managing the Oracle suite of software and technologies for various purposes within an organization, including installation, configuration, administration, development, and support of Oracle products and solutions.

As an Associate, you will be driven by curiosity and adaptability, contributing to client engagement and projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will engage in research, participate in project tasks, and develop basic skills and knowledge, all while building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be responsible for tasks such as design, development, configuration, test script execution, and building user training materials, supporting testing milestones, and performing proof of concept. What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree


• At least 2 years of experience


• Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer Science, Computer and Information Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science


• At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in technical, integration, database, or related Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) domains


• Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF) and Oracle Business Intelligence (BI) Publisher


• Engaging in strategic technology planning and process optimization
