Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center India seeks a Senior Associate specialized in Oracle HCM (OIC+HCM) integrations. You will analyze requirements, implement HCM software solutions, and deliver training and ongoing support to ensure smooth integration and utilization of Oracle HCM applications.

You will work across Advisory, Assurance, Tax, and Business Services within the Technology Consulting practice, mentoring others and growing your technical skills while driving client value and efficiency.

As an HCM Integrations (OIC+HCM) - Senior Associate, you will specialize in consulting services for Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) applications, analyzing client requirements, implementing HCM software solutions, and providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of Oracle HCM applications. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will enable clients to optimize their human resources processes, enhance talent management, and achieve their strategic objectives. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 2 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Human Resources Management, Business Administration/Management, Psychology, Organizational Leadership, Management Information Systems
• At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Human Capital Management or related Oracle HCM Cloud applications
