The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the full lifecycle of HRMS implementation projects, from initial planning through to execution and post‑go‑live support. A strong emphasis will be placed on stakeholder management, requiring effective communication and collaboration with HR, IT, and business leaders. The role demands expertise in system configuration, customization, and integration, alongside a keen eye for process optimization through automation and best practices. Leadership skills are essential, as the candidate will lead project teams, mentor junior consultants, and ensure the timely delivery of project milestones.
