We are seeking a highly skilled HCM Implementation Manager to join our HR Technology department as a Deputy General Manager. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in leading comprehensive HRMS deployments, demonstrating a profound understanding of HCM systems. This role requires a strategic thinker with the ability to collaborate across various functions to ensure seamless integration and alignment with organizational objectives. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the full lifecycle of HRMS implementation projects, from initial planning through to execution and post-go-live support. A strong emphasis will be placed on stakeholder management, requiring effective communication and collaboration with HR, IT, and business leaders. The role demands expertise in system configuration, customization, and integration, alongside a keen eye for process optimization through automation and best practices. Leadership skills are essential, as the candidate will lead project teams, mentor junior consultants, and ensure the timely delivery of project milestones. Additionally, the role involves developing change management strategies to facilitate user adoption and ensure compliance with data privacy, labor laws, and organizational policies.
